We offer a full satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If you receive something from us that you are not 100% satisfied with, simply return it for a no questions asked refund, less all shipping charges. Item must be in new condition, and with packaging, if applicable. I am also happy to exchange your purchase for something else, however you are responsible for all shipping charges.

No returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Shipping

All items will generally be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Special orders can take 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the item.

Hardware Reminder: Snaps and clips are meant to break if a horse puts enough force on it, i.e pulling back at the hitching post or getting a rein caught on something and pulling back on it.
