    Loop Reins $22.99 (choose your length)

    Our loop reins our made with a 9/16 premium dual braid polyester yachting rope. Both ends are finished with leather poppers. If you'd prefer a tassel and fancy turks knot on one end check the optional tassel box above when ordering. Note: Finished rein length, after being tied into slobber straps will be approximately 8, 9, 10, 11 or 12 ft. depending on which length is ordered above. Loop Reins are designed to be used with a Snaffle Bit and Slobber Straps (sold seperately) and are NOT made with any hardware.     Our double braid polyester rope is dirt, sweat, mildew, rot and UV resistant. This means your rope will stay truer to it's original form much longer, without fading, stretching, popping or elongating.

    I ordered these because I don’t always want the lead rope portion of my mecate reins. I prefer these to the mecate! The weight is perfect, my horse is so soft and supple. The price is right too. I recommend B and H to everyone!

    Exactly what I wanted!

    I needed replacement reins for a bridle that had reins that are too short and these reins are exactly what I wanted. I also appreciated the handwritten note at the bottom of the order advising me not to pull the tassel end of the rein through the hole in the slobber strap! This is the first time I have had to put the slobber straps and reins together myself so that warning was a welcomed bit of advice.
