We offer a full satisfaction guarantee on products which are not custom made to order, this includes all leather goods, (that have not been customized with dots or crystals) hardware, training sticks and The Clip. If you receive one of these items from us that you are not 100% satisfied with, simply return it within 30 days for a no questions asked refund, less all shipping charges, and subject to a 30% restocking fee at the store owners discretion. Items must be in new and unused condition, with packaging if applicable. If any equipment is returned and has wear, damage, dirt or looks like it has been misused we will repair the items if repairable for a nominal fee. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges back to us and will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item or items back to them.
We have a strict no return/exchange policy on orders which include bits, standard soft and stiff rope halters, leads, training lines, rope reins or anything that is made with rope to your specifications such as size, color, length, added hardware, braided nosebands, cheek knots, etc. or leather work that has been added on to with dots or crystals. Make sure you double check your options and sizes before putting your order through. However, if there is a problem with workmanship or faulty equipment B & H will accept returns or exchanges at our discretion within 30 days of purchase. Also, if you have any rope equipment that has been damaged after you receive it we would be glad to repair it if at all possible for a fee plus all shipping charges.
All items will generally be shipped within 3 to 8 business days. Extremely large orders can take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the items ordered. All of our rope equipment is custom made to order.
Snaps and clips are meant to break if a horse puts enough force on it, i.e pulling back at the hitching post or getting a rein caught on something and pulling back on it. If your hardware is faulty you may return it but if it breaks due to the force of a horse pulling back when tied or getting caught on an object the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacement hardware and all shipping charges.
